The RNIB needed to improve the conversion of visitors to people who play the lottery. We started with looking at the current UX for sites in the market and how people were responding to the current RNIB offering. This engagement allowed us to design and build a site that could significantly improve the performance indicators of the site and provide a much more positive experience for the users.
Preparing the user journeys and the user experience maps combined with our research allowed us to achieve this fantastic result.
We designed and built a new lottery website for RNIB, creating an online lottery experience that is both accessible and fun to use. The new brand and the website launched successfully, delighting the client and players.
